Business Process Management (BPM) is a well-established discipline with a rich body of methods and tools for channeling digital innovation and improving business performance from different perspectives.

What I will learn?

In this program, you will get an introduction to a selected subset of this body of methods and tools. The courses will cover the entire lifecycle of business processes: from identification to redesign, automation, and monitoring.

During the courses, you will learn:

✓    how to identify processes and organise them into an architecture;
✓    how to define performance measures and prioritise process improvement initiatives;
✓    how to capture business processes in the BPMN notation;
✓    and how to analyse and re-design a process with respect to a set of performance objectives.
✓    Finally you will get an overview of BPM tools for process automation and monitoring, including emerging process mining tools.

The courses will alternate theory with practice. Every day, we will close with a hands-on workshop where you will apply the concepts you learned on a concrete example, preferably one coming from your own practice.

If you attend the 4 modules and pass the evaluation*, you will receive a diploma issued by BPM Eastern Europe Forum & Romanian Association for BPM Professionals. But, if you don´t attend all modules you will receive only a Diploma for every module you´ve attended. For example, if you only attend the module 4 you will get a diploma entitled “Business Process Implementation” and so with every modules that you attend.

✓    Diploma Fundamentals of Business Process Management (University of Tartu). If you attend the 4 modules you will receive a Diploma issued by the University of Tartu (It can be recognise as credits for EHEA, the actual European University Education System)

✓    CBPM Certification (IABPMP). If you attend the 4 modules and the preparation session and pass the exam with at least 70% points you will receive the CBPM Certificate  issued by the International Associations of BPM Professionals

*The evaluation of the program consists in the presentation of a project about some of the topics that have been presented along the course and that should be implemented in the working life of the student.
